Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon is celebrating Fourth of July all month long with an Independence Spay Special! All qualified feral and stray cats will be spayed or neutered for FREE. Applies only to clinics held July 10, 17, 19, 24, 26 and 31, 2009. Space is limited. Call 503-797-2606.

October 2008: FCCO now has a free-standing spay/neuter clinic in Portland in addition to our ongoing mobile program.
Holds spay/neuter clinics throughout Oregon and southwest Washington for feral cats. All cats will be eartipped and must be feral.

Portland area only. The Spay/Neuter Assistance Plan (SNAP) provides direct assistance to those who need financial help to pay for their cats' spay or neuter surgery. Seniors with inadequate income, the unemployed and underemployed, and people on public assistance receive help through this program. There is also an interest-free spay/neuter loan program.

Oregon Spay Neuter Fund is the oldest spay/neuter referral service in the Portland metro region. We try to locate the best and most convenient service for the individual client. OSNF also prints and distributes coupons for reduced-price spay/neuter surgeries at participating local veterinarians in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties. Call to be mailed a coupon or download one from any of the following websites: http://www.oregonspayneuter.org/, Animal Aid, Oregon Humane Society, Pet Over-Population Prevention Advocates, Inc.
